Requires law enforcement agencies to generate monthly reports identifying community notification procedures implemented for each sex offender designated as level two or level three risk.

Monthly reports must be made available to the public upon request and updated monthly, listing each vulnerable entity notification made while excluding victim and individual resident information.

Applies to sex offenders with moderate risk of repeat offense (level two designation) and high risk of repeat offense with threat to public safety (level three designation).

Takes effect on November 1 following the date the bill becomes law.
