Amends the Correction Law's definition of sex offense under section 168-a to include convictions for sexually motivated felonies under section 130.91 of the Penal Law.

Expands the list of Penal Law provisions that constitute sex offenses to encompass sexually motivated crimes in addition to existing sexual offense and kidnapping provisions.

Applies the expanded definition to offenses where applicable victim age requirements are met, consistent with existing sex offense registration and classification requirements.

Takes effect 90 days after the bill becomes law.
