Establishes a public telephone hotline allowing individuals to inquire whether a named person is listed on the registry, with restrictions on identifying victims and safeguards against misuse of information.

Imposes penalties of Class E felony for first offense and Class D felony for subsequent offenses for failure to register or verify; authorizes revocation of parole or probation for non-compliance.
