Requires boards of trustees of all public retirement systems in New York State to electronically post meeting minutes on their websites to the extent practicable, subject to Public Officers Law Article 7 exceptions.

Applies to the New York State Teachers' Retirement System (NYSTRS) and five New York City retirement systems: Employees' Retirement System, Teachers' Retirement System, Police Pension Fund, Fire Pension Fund, and Board of Education Retirement System.

Allows redaction or omission of information deemed confidential or exempt under Public Officers Law Article 7 from public postings.

Estimated to have negligible annual cost to employers, with de minimis increase in administrative expenses.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment.
