Authorizes the adjutant general to present a "New York State Korean War Service Medal" to eligible individuals in the name of the state legislature.

Eligibility requires: (i) current or former New York State citizenship, (ii) service in U.S. Armed Forces or organized militia on active duty abroad during the Korean War from June 25, 1950 through July 27, 1953, and (iii) honorable discharge or release under honorable circumstances.

Recipients may wear a ribbon for each succeeding star as directed by the chief of staff, with color and design selected by the division of military affairs.

Medal shall be presented to the recipient's designated representative if the recipient dies before or after receiving the medal.

Adjutant general and director of veterans' affairs authorized to establish rules and regulations for medal presentation and distribution; effective 120 days after enactment.
