Amends Section 755 of the Correction Law to consolidate enforcement procedures for all actions under Article 4 of the Correction Law.

Removes the distinction between enforcement by public agencies (through Article 78 proceedings) and private employers (through the Division of Human Rights).

Makes all enforcement of Correction Law Article 4 provisions subject to the Division of Human Rights and New York City Commission on Human Rights pursuant to Article 15 of the Executive Law.

Clarifies that nothing in the amendment limits a person's right to pursue any other legal remedies available under Article 15 of the Executive Law or other applicable laws.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
