Requires the Secretary to produce an annual report by March 15th, beginning in 2021, on the status of energy efficiency performance standards for appliances and equipment listed in the energy law.

Report must indicate for each product whether performance standards have been adopted, proposed, or determined to be preempted by federal standards, and explain reasons when no standards have been proposed.

Beginning in 2022, report shall include estimated annual energy use reductions and utility bill savings from adopted standards for 2025 and 2035, plus cumulative energy reductions through 2035.

Report recipients include the Governor, Speaker of the Assembly, Temporary President of the Senate, and chairs of both legislative energy committees.

Report copies must be posted on the websites of the authority and Department of State by March 15th each year; act expires and repeals December 31, 2030.
