Authorizes the assessor of the town of Islip, Suffolk County to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center for the 2018-2019 assessment roll

Applies to the parcel located at 1111 Montauk Highway, town of Islip, identified as Suffolk County tax map number 474.1-3-3

Allows the application to be reviewed as if it had been received by the established taxable status date, notwithstanding normal filing deadlines

Permits the assessor, with town board approval, to grant the exemption if the organization qualifies as a not-for-profit entitled to exemption under section 420-a of the real property tax law

Authorizes the town to refund any taxes paid on the subject roll and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens if exemption is granted
