Requires the Commissioner of Social Services, in consultation with the Commissioner of the Division of Criminal Justice, to submit an annual report on services provided to human trafficking survivors to the Governor, Speaker of the Assembly, Temporary President of the Senate, and relevant committee chairs.

Initial report must be submitted one year after the effective date, with annual reports thereafter, assessing the availability, utilization, and necessity of services for trafficking survivors.

Report must include the number of human trafficking referrals and confirmed cases to the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.

Report must specify the number of survivors who received housing and/or services by type, and those who did not, including reasons for denial such as lack of availability or unconfirmed cases.

Report must detail current contracts for housing and services including funding levels, terminated or non-renewed contracts with reasons, types of services available, and geographic locations of services.
