Modifies existing law to require the Division of Veterans' Services to prepare and submit a report (instead of conducting a study) on homeless veterans in New York State, in consultation with the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Department of Labor, and Office of Children and Family Services

Report must include analysis of homeless veterans (including gender breakdown), data on children of homeless veterans and their placements, cases of military sexual trauma experienced by homeless veterans (with gender breakdown), and unemployment rates for New York State veterans

Initial report due to the Governor, Speaker of the Assembly, and temporary president of the Senate by June 30, 2020, with updates required every three years thereafter

Report shall be publicly available and posted on the Division of Veterans' Services website

The reporting requirement expires and is repealed on July 1, 2032
