Amends the civil practice law to extend the statute of limitations for civil claims related to child sexual abuse from one year to two years and six months after the effective date of the law.

Revives previously barred civil claims alleging sexual offenses, incest, or use of a child in sexual performance committed against a child under 18 years of age.

Allows revival of claims that were previously dismissed due to expired statute of limitations or failure to file a notice of claim.

Applies affirmative defenses available under Penal Law sections 130.30 and 130.45 in such actions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
