Authorizes the towns of Lorraine and Worth in Jefferson County to abolish existing separate town justice positions and elect a single town justice to serve both towns.

Requires that both towns have completed a joint study, held public hearings on findings, and adopted joint resolutions approving the consolidated justice plan before implementation.

The single elected town justice will preside in both town courts starting after the next general election held in the towns.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
