Creates a not-for-profit corporation called the "Davis Park Fire Department Benevolent Association" composed of active and former volunteer firefighters from the Davis Park Fire Department, Inc. in Suffolk County.

Eligible members include active volunteer firefighters and those with exempt volunteer firefighter status under General Municipal Law Section 200, excluding paid firefighters and those removed for cause who have not been reinstated.

Organization meeting must be held within 60 days of the act taking effect, with notice posted in five locations, published in local newspapers, and posted on the fire company's website at least 10 days prior.

Corporation shall be governed by a board of trustees with at least seven members (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three additional trustees) elected at annual meetings.

Corporation receives fire insurance premium taxes under Insurance Law Sections 9104 and 9105 for the territory protected by Davis Park Fire Department, with funds used only for relief to disabled/injured members, headquarters maintenance, welfare promotion, and social/recreational activities (tax provisions effective January 1, 2021).
