Authorizes the assessor of the town of Islip, Suffolk County to accept a late tax exemption application from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center for the 2018-2019 assessment roll.

Applies to the property located at 158 Bay 1st Street in Islip, identified as Suffolk County tax map section 474.00, block 02.00, lot 021.001.

Allows the application to be reviewed as if it had been timely filed by the normal taxable status date for the assessment roll.

Permits the assessor, with approval from the Islip town board, to grant full tax exemption if the hospital qualifies as a not-for-profit organization otherwise entitled to exemption.

Authorizes the town to refund any taxes already paid on the subject property and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens at the governing body's discretion.
