Amends Education Law Section 803-b to require all pupils in grades K-8 in public and private schools to receive instruction on prevention of child sexual exploitation and child sexual abuse.

Requires the Commissioner of Education to define the program through regulations after consultation with the Department of Health.

Program must educate students, parents, and school personnel about preventing child sexual exploitation and child sexual abuse in grades kindergarten through eight.

Authorizes the Department of Education to make model curriculum and resource materials available on its website.

Effective date is July 1st following the date the bill becomes law.
