Expands the stated purposes of the Port Jefferson Volunteer Firemen's Benevolent Association to include promoting welfare and health/safety of volunteer members, their families, and the volunteer fire service, plus providing social and recreational activities.

Broadens the allowable use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105 from only caring for disabled or indigent firefighters and their families to any purpose furthering the corporation's stated objectives.

Updates Insurance Law section references from 553 and 554 to 9104 and 9105 in the tax collection provisions.

The amendments to section 7 regarding tax uses take effect January 1, 2021, while other provisions take effect immediately upon enactment.
