Adds prohibition against remote control of connected devices to orders of protection across multiple New York statutes (Family Court Act, Criminal Procedure Law, and Domestic Relations Law).

Defines "connected device" as any device or physical object capable of connecting to the internet directly or indirectly and assigned an internet protocol address or bluetooth address.

Applies the remote device control prohibition to orders of protection issued in family court proceedings, criminal cases involving family offenses, and domestic relations cases.

Allows courts to include the remote device control restriction as a condition of protection orders when appropriate, alongside existing prohibitions on harassment, staying away, and other protective measures.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
