Authorizes the Town of Ramapo assessor to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Hamaspik of Rockland County, Inc. for the 2017 assessment roll.

Applies to the parcel at 322 Route 59 in Ramapo (tax map section 57.45, block 1, lot 6) and allows the application to be reviewed as if filed by the original taxable status date deadline.

Permits the assessor, with Town Board of Ramapo approval, to grant exemption from all taxation and make corrections to the assessment roll if the organization qualifies.

Authorizes the town governing body or tax department to refund taxes paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, and tax liens at its discretion if exemption is granted.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
