Authorizes the Town of Ramapo assessor to accept a late application for real property tax exemption from Hamaspik of Rockland County, Inc. for the 2017 assessment roll.

Applies to the parcel located at 26 Tenure Avenue, Town of Ramapo tax map section 857.45, block 1, lot 20.

Requires the application be reviewed as if submitted by the taxable status date for the 2017 roll, with exemption granted upon Town Board of Ramapo approval if the organization would otherwise qualify.

Permits the Town to refund taxes paid and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens if exemption is granted, at the sole discretion of the governing body or tax department.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
