Property subject to exemption is located at 2 Yatto Lane, Town of Ramapo tax map section 57.45, block 1, lot 20

Application shall be reviewed as if filed by the appropriate taxable status date despite being submitted late

Town Board of Ramapo must approve any exemption grant, and the organization must otherwise qualify under section 420-a of the real property tax law

Governing body or tax department may, at its discretion, refund taxes paid and cancel any remaining taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens
