Empire State Development must develop and maintain a comprehensive list of small business assistance programs offered by all state agencies and public authorities in cooperation with those entities.

"Small businesses" are defined as businesses with 50 or fewer employees.

All state agencies and public authorities must submit to Empire State Development a list of their small business assistance programs, including program descriptions and contact information, within 180 days of the effective date and annually thereafter.

Empire State Development must compile all submitted programs into a single list with brief descriptions and publish it on their website in a clear and conspicuous location within 270 days of the effective date and annually thereafter.

The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
