Changes the Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association of Briarcliff Manor, New York from a membership corporation to an unincorporated association.

Expands the association's purposes to include aid and assistance to injured members, maintenance of headquarters, health and safety initiatives, social and recreational activities, and promotion of volunteer fire service in addition to relief to indigent and disabled members and their families.

Transfers responsibility for mailing meeting notices from the village clerk to the association's secretary.

Retains the seven-member board of trustees structure composed of president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three trustees to control and manage association funds and affairs.

Updates references to insurance law sections to include successor statutes and clarifies the association's continued entitlement to collect foreign fire insurance company taxes and receive shares of related insurance taxes.
