Authorizes Yates County to discontinue use of 0.441 acres of reforested land in the Town of Italy to construct, operate, and maintain a public safety radio communications tower.

County must acquire and dedicate replacement reforested property of equal or greater fair market value before alienating the original land.

If the replacement property value is less than the alienated land value, the county must dedicate the difference in funds toward acquiring additional reforested lands.

Replacement property consists of 0.468 acres in the Town of Italy, currently held by private owners and intended to be conveyed to Yates County.

If the replacement property is ever used for purposes other than reforestation, it must be restored and maintained as reforested land under County Law Section 219.
