Amends Section 1262-h of the tax law to adjust distribution of net collections from the additional one percent sales and compensating use tax in Steuben County.

Increases annual payments to the City of Hornell from $780,000 to $820,000 for the period December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2023.

Increases annual payments to the City of Corning from $780,000 to $820,000 for the period December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2023.

Increases annual payments to towns and villages in Steuben County from $750,000 to $790,000 for the period December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2023, distributed based on the ratio of real property full valuation in each municipality.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
