Office of Children and Family Services must collect and annually report data on preventive services by local social services district, with first report due no later than September 1, 2021

Required data includes monthly counts of children and families receiving preventive services, annual unduplicated counts with new case openings and referral sources, and average length of service provision

Report must list all preventive services offered in each district, their utilization rates, and track children who entered foster care after receiving preventive services in the prior 12 months

Initial report must include data from the preceding two calendar years; subsequent reports shall disaggregate information by age, sex, race and ethnicity where practicable

Report recipients include the governor, speaker of the assembly, temporary president of the senate, and relevant committee chairpersons from both chambers
