Reduces Watertown city court judgeships from two full-time positions to one full-time and one part-time position.

Establishes appointment of the part-time Watertown city court judge by the mayor with city council consent, consistent with other part-time judicial appointments.

Sets the part-time Watertown city court judge salary at $27,200 annually, while maintaining the full-time judge salary at $108,800.

Allows any person currently serving as an acting full-time judge in the abolished position to continue serving in the replacement part-time judgeship for the remainder of their term without reduction in compensation.

Takes effect April 1st following the date the bill becomes law.
