Reduces the minimum funding period for cemetery operation and maintenance costs from 15 years to 10 years.

Removes the requirement that certification be completed before the division of veterans' services can submit federal funding applications.

Requires the division of veterans' services to make information about the veterans remembrance and cemetery maintenance and operation fund publicly available on its website and mobile application.
