Authorizes the Ramapo assessor (Rockland County) to accept a late exemption application from Bais Malka HASC LLC, a not-for-profit organization, for the 2013 and 2014 assessment rolls.

Applies to property located at 46 Grandview Ave., Ramapo, Rockland County (tax map section 41.20, block 2, lot 41).

Allows the assessor to review the application as if it had been filed by the required taxable status dates for those rolls.

Permits the assessor, with town board approval, to grant exemption from all taxation and correct the assessment rolls if the organization qualifies.

Authorizes the governing body or tax department to refund any taxes paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens if exemption is granted.
