Requires the state board of law examiners to provide detailed information about the online exam delivery and proctoring plans to applicants, law schools, bar review courses, and other interested parties by August 3, 2020

Enacted in response to uncertainties created by the COVID-19 pandemic regarding the safe administration of the traditional two-day in-person New York state bar examination

Takes effect immediately upon passage
