Amends Criminal Procedure Law Section 410.10 to require courts to specify that work-related labor protests shall not constitute a violation of probation or conditional discharge sentences.

Adds Correction Law Section 209 to prohibit the Department of Corrections from terminating presumptive release, parole, conditional release, or post-release supervision solely based on participation in work-related labor protests.

Amends Correction Law Section 274 to prevent the Parole Commission from determining that a conditionally released person has violated conditions or lapsed into criminal ways based on work-related labor protest participation.

Adds Executive Law Section 259-t to prohibit the State Board of Parole from deeming individuals in violation of or terminating any form of supervised release solely due to participation in work-related labor protests.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
