Allows telehealth reimbursement to remain bundled with capitated or risk-based payments, but prohibits exclusive contracts for telehealth companies.

Requires telemedicine service providers to obtain and document patient consent before initiating services, which may be provided remotely rather than in-person.

Takes effect immediately and applies to insurance contracts beginning or renewed on or after January 1, 2021.
