Amends the Executive Law to require the Office of the Inspector General to establish an electronic database of all eviction proceedings in New York State.

Database must include court index number, docket number and filing date, whether tenant had legal representation, whether eviction was ordered and the date, reason for eviction, landlord name and address, property type (commercial or residential), and property zip code.

For nonpayment evictions, the database must specify the amount of rent owed.

Database shall be publicly accessible through the Inspector General's website and searchable and sortable by all required categories.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
