Establishes the "health care worker peer support program" as a grant program administered by the commissioner of mental health to fund peer-to-peer mental health support initiatives for health care workers.

Defines eligible entities as those submitting applications to provide initial and continued training in mental illness, post-traumatic stress disorder, and suicide prevention for health care worker volunteers.

Limits individual grants to a maximum of $250,000 and requires the commissioner to establish standards for training, administrative staffing, and best practices.

Prohibits grant recipients from maintaining records on health care workers seeking support or reporting personal identifying information to the commissioner.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund for implementation, effective immediately upon enactment.
