Establishes four new felony offenses for destruction of police property: fourth degree (Class E felony), third degree (Class D felony), second degree (Class C felony), and first degree (Class A felony).

Destruction of police property in the fourth degree includes intentionally damaging police property, recklessly damaging it exceeding $250, or disabling communication equipment to prevent officers from seeking emergency assistance.

Destruction of police property in the third degree applies when damaging police vehicles with intent to steal property combined with three or more prior convictions for criminal mischief or destruction of police property within ten years, or damaging police property exceeding $250 with intent.

Destruction of police property in the second degree occurs when damaging police property exceeding $1,500 with intent.

Destruction of police property in the first degree occurs when damaging police property by means of an explosive with intent.
