Requires agencies with regularly updated websites and high-speed internet connections to post meeting records online at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Expands broadcast requirements for open meetings of public bodies to be streamed on or available through their website in real-time where practicable and within available funds.

Requires video recordings of open meetings to be posted on the public body's website within five business days and maintained for a minimum of five years.

Changes terminology from "agency or authority" to "public body" throughout the statute for consistency.
