Repeals Part JJJ of chapter 59 of the laws of 2019 and Part UU of chapter 56 of the laws of 2020, which established securing orders in criminal procedure law.

Eliminates cash bail as a form of bail, allowing only bail bonds to be used as securing orders in criminal cases.

Removes statutory provisions authorizing courts to accept cash bail deposits, including provisions governing the posting, forfeiture, and return of cash bail funds.

Amends the Family Court Act to remove references to cash bail for persons arrested pursuant to family court warrants.

Modifies general municipal law, insurance law, judiciary law, and New York City administrative code to remove references to cash bail payments and deposits while maintaining provisions for bail bond procedures.
