Establishes a "racial equity working group" within the office of the state commissioner of health to address racism as a public health crisis

Working group shall create a publicly accessible glossary of terms related to racism and health equity, provide community engagement tools, and promote training on workplace biases for elected officials and staff

Working group shall promote racially equitable economic development, workforce development, and hiring practices while supporting initiatives to dismantle systemic racism and address adverse childhood experiences

Comprises nine members including the state commissioner of health, designees from the governor, speaker of the assembly, temporary president of the senate, and minority leaders of both chambers

Members serve without compensation but may receive reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses; the commissioner of health may request resources and data from other state agencies as needed
