Empire State Development Corporation shall develop and implement a public awareness campaign promoting personal protective clothing and equipment manufacturing businesses located in New York State and encouraging purchases from these businesses.

Campaign shall include an internet website with a "Buy New York Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment Online Networking Directory" where manufacturers can list their names, addresses, contact information, products, and operational details, searchable by product category.

Public awareness campaign shall be promoted through internet, radio, print advertising (brochures, billboards, posters), and may include public ambassadors to promote the message.

Empire State Development Corporation shall post available incentives for manufacturing businesses and purchasers on its official website and submit annual reports to the governor and legislature beginning within one year of enactment, then by December 1st each year.

Campaign must begin no later than 90 days after the act becomes effective.
