Prohibits disclosure of contributor names, addresses, telephone numbers, and contribution amounts contained in financial disclosure reports filed by not-for-profit organizations with the New York Attorney General.

Requires the Attorney General to keep contributor information confidential and use it solely for enforcing not-for-profit corporation laws, religious corporation laws, charitable trust oversight, and related statutes.

Extends the same confidentiality protections to contributor information in reports filed with the Department of State, limiting its use to enforcement of funding and financial disclosure requirements.

Exempts contributor information from disclosure under the Public Officers Law and Freedom of Information requests.

Takes effect immediately, except provisions related to Department of State filings take effect on the same date as the corresponding 2020 law provisions.
