Authorizes the assessor of the Town of Babylon to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Long Island Teen Challenge, a not-for-profit corporation, for the 2018-2019 and 2019 assessment rolls.

Applies to the parcel located at 1185 Sunrise Highway, Copiague, Town of Babylon (Suffolk County tax map district 0100, section 200.00, block 01.00, lot 003.002).

Allows the application to be reviewed as if it had been received by the taxable status date deadline, despite being filed late.

Grants exemption authority upon the assessor's determination that the corporation qualifies and with approval of the Town of Babylon board, with necessary corrections made to assessment rolls.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
