Congratulates Robert Siemann, Jr. on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy Scouts of America earned by approximately 5% of all scouts.

Recognizes Siemann's Eagle Scout project: a memorial honoring first responders placed at Albertson Fire House, consisting of a statue, handmade bench, engraved bricks, trees, and plants, funded through a car wash and brick sales.

Notes Siemann's leadership roles in Boy Scouts Troop 45 (Mineola, New York) as Librarian and Historian, and his service as Lieutenant of the Mineola Junior Fire Department.

Acknowledges Siemann's family scouting legacy, with his uncle and four cousins also being Eagle Scouts, and his father's service as an Ex-Chief, Firefighter, and Paramedic in Albertson Fire Company.

Directs that a suitably engrossed copy of this resolution be transmitted to Robert Siemann, Jr.
