Commends Kimberly Nethaway on her retirement after 25 years as Director of the Oneida Area Civic Chorale (OACC), a 100-voice community chorus based in Rome, New York

Nethaway directed over 75 full concerts and countless ensemble performances featuring diverse musical genres, special guests, and venues during her tenure beginning in 1995

Led nine biennial European tours between 2003 and 2019 across 14 countries to perform American classical music, including five concerts in the South of France in 2019

Commissioned and premiered works by composers Alfred V. Fedak, Amy F. Bemon, and Samuel Pellman, and arranged a 2017 collaboration with guest conductor and composer Mark Hayes for the Chorale's 50th season

Directs the Legislature to transmit a copy of this resolution to Kimberly Nethaway as recognition of her sustained commitment to cultural enrichment and community service
