Notes that 91% of U.S. children ages 2-17 play video games and 5% of children aged 5-15 have a disability

Emphasizes that video games provide social experiences, normalcy, and equal opportunities for people with disabilities, including veterans and wounded service members

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Governor and the AbleGamers Foundation
