Amends Election Law Section 14-132 to add felony conviction as a trigger event (alongside death) for campaign fund disposition requirements for candidates and elected officials.

Requires disposition of all campaign contributions within two years of conviction or death through one or more of the following methods: returning funds pro rata to contributors, donating to 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, donating to SUNY or CUNY, or donating to the state's general fund.

Eliminates the existing option to contribute or transfer funds to other candidates, parties, or political committees in accordance with contribution limits.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
