Exempts licensed professionals (architects, engineers, landscape architects under Education Law articles 145, 147, and 148) from the administrative hearing process for false statements; instead applies disciplinary procedures under Education Law section 6510.

Requires the Department of Buildings to verify that addresses and contact information for registered design professionals and landscape architects on applications match information on file with the New York State Department of Education.

Allows the NYC Buildings Commissioner to adopt rules establishing additional grounds for limiting filing privileges of professionals, consistent with section 28-104.2.1 of the Administrative Code.

Removes language specifying grounds for sanctioning architects and professional engineers, replacing it with reference to authorized procedures under Administrative Code section 28-104.2.1.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
