Increases the maximum number of registrants allowed in an election district from 1,150 to 2,000 (excluding inactive registrants) when approved by the county board of elections, while maintaining a base limit of 950 registrants.

Removes the cap of two additional county committee members per election district, allowing county committees to determine the number of additional members through their own rules or filed statements.

Maintains requirement that county committee members be enrolled voters residing in the county and assembly district they represent.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
