Requires the Office of Court Administration to promulgate a Spanish version of the Notice of Petition with a designated telephone number providing eviction court process information in Spanish for all eviction proceedings under Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Section 732.

Mandates a notice be annexed to all Notices of Petitions stating in the six most common languages (after Spanish) that respondents may obtain the Notice of Petition form on the Office of Court Administration's website and call a designated number for eviction process information in those languages.

Requires the Office of Court Administration to revise the postcard currently filed by petitioners in Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Article 7 proceedings to include notice in the seven most common languages in New York City with a designated telephone number for eviction information.

Directs the Office of Court Administration to promulgate notices in the seven most common languages in New York City for distribution to housing court litigants informing them of the right to have all court proceedings and settlement agreements interpreted orally in their native language.

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law.
