Reduces the postmark deadline for voter registration applications from the 25th day before an election to the 15th day before the next ensuing primary, general, or special election.

Reduces the receipt deadline for mailed voter registration applications from the 20th day before an election to the 10th day before such election.

Maintains the 10-day deadline for in-person delivery of voter registration applications to boards of elections.

Applies to application forms received by boards of elections and federal election commission forms received by the state board of elections.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
