Adds a new definition to agriculture and markets law defining "deployed active military member's dog" as a dog whose owner is an active military member who has received orders requiring temporary housing during military service.

Allows municipalities to exempt deployed active military member's dogs from dog licensing fees, adding this category to existing exemptions for guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, war dogs, working search dogs, detection dogs, police work dogs, and therapy dogs.

Requires dog licenses for deployed active military member's dogs to be conspicuously marked with that designation by the clerk or authorized dog control officer.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
