Amends the NYC Administrative Code to require official signs with reduced speed limits and flashing beacons at school speed zones beginning with school years starting August 1, 2020

Mandates that 20% of selected school locations must have signs posted that include the speed limit, flashing beacons, and notice that reduced speeds apply when beacons are flashing

Requires the number of school locations with such signage to increase by 20% each year

Signs must be posted no later than the first day of school for each year

Applies to the 50 school locations annually where speed limits of 15-20 mph are established within 1,320 feet of school buildings and entrances
